WARRANTY
What does it cover?
- Any defect in material or workmanship
provided; however, Happy Anywhere Designs and manufacturer liability
will not exceed the purchase price of the product.
For how long?
- One year after the date of original
purchase.
What will we do to help you?
- Provide you with a reasonably similar
replacement product that is either new or factory refurbished.
How do you get service?
- Save your receipt as proof of the date
of sale.
What does your warranty not
cover?
- Damage from commercial use
- Damage from misuse, abuse or neglect
- Products that have been modified in
any way
- Products used or serviced outside the
country of purchase
- Glass parts and other accessory items
that are packed with the unit
- Shipping and handling costs associated
with the replacement of the unit
- Consequential or incidental damages
(Please note, however, that some states do not allow the exclusion
or limitation of consequential or incidental damages, so this
limitation may not apply to you.)
How does state law relate to this
warranty?
- This warranty gives you specific legal
rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to
state or province to province.

cases the warranty term begins on the date of the original purchase.
Shipping Instructions:
To return a DEFECTIVE waffle maker, contact us at 903-839-4545 for shipping address and instructions.
Please see "What does your warranty not cover" as stated above
before returning a defective waffle maker:
- Returns must be in new saleable
condition with all boxes, tags and packing materials in place.
Packages need to be packed or wrapped so that the original factory
packaging is re-useable.
- All returns must be shipped to the
above address Prepaid.
- Only the cost of your product, less
shipping and a 10% restocking fee will be refunded. If you made your
purchase during one of our Free Shipping Promotions, we will deduct
the cost of shipping the product to you.
- All returned goods must be unused and
in saleable condition with all boxes, tags and packing materials in
place.
- Packages need to be packed or wrapped
so that the original factory packaging is re-useable. Goods
determined to have been used or damaged by the customer, will not be
accepted for credit or exchange.
- We will issue credit to your credit
card after inspection. The credit will appear on your
statement within one to two billing cycles.
